The weather in Week 9 of lockdown, on the Isle of Skye, has been mixed and unsettled but notwithstanding the frequent storms I have ventured out on a lengthy walk or run from home around the local area incorporating Skulamus, Lower Breakish, Waterloo and then back to Harrapool. My exercise involves mixed landscape including a stretch along the main A87 which remains very quiet. I then walk along the road to Lower Breakish and branch off at “Ollie’s Road” before turning down to the water. As I climb up from the stream I scramble over moorland before descending along the water’s edge through Waterloo before turning back to our home in Lower Harrapool. I have included snapshots of the path I take along with similar views taken on different days. Again, I am shooting with my iPhone.
