Rainforest

In 2010 I travelled to Danum Valley, the Kinabatangan River and other parts of Sabah.

I focused my attention on the orangutans although it was hard to pass over the beguiling proboscis monkeys. I watched an orangutan mother and tiny baby for over two hours as she enjoyed motherhood. The baby was sick and it was not expected to survive. It was heart breaking.
